Terms of service:

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, public or private. If I refuse it and do not clarify why, do not push it.I have the right to cancel a commission in any progress, usually due to personal reasons. However, you will get a full refund or partial refund.Emergency comms (commissions needed within a certain amount of time) must be commissioned at least a week before the due date.If my commission slots are full, you may ask to be added to the waitlist for when they open back up, but please be patient.Due to my mental struggles, commissions may take a few days to a few weeks, please don't rush me!!You will pay half of the price after a sketch is sent, and then you will send the rest when I am finished, and I will send you the art.I will negotiate on prices but please don't be outrageous, and please be fair with your offers.If you want something I cannot draw, please ask me about it, as we may be able to figure something out, but if we can't, we can't.Payment is accepted through CashApp or DA points, but at the moment I prefer Cashapp (if I need something else, I’ll likely mention it on my comm message!)You may use my art for pfps, banners, or in videos/etc. You may NOT use my art for anything that gains profit or sell the art without the character (if it is not your oc you may not sell the art at all) this includes Patreon, Redbubble, Amazon, or any other means of buying it for money.I may post the art on my socials/servers, or use it as a commission example. Please dm me beforehand if this is an issue, and I will not post it anywhere.I know I word things weird, so you may DM me with any questions at all.
